Return Window

Return requests must be initiated 7 days (from the date the tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order to initiate a return. All items shipped back to us must be unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.

All items being returned must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund (shipping is nonrefundable).

The first day of the return window begins the day tracking shows delivered status.

Item Condition

Items must be:

In original condition with tags attached
Unworn and unwashed
Free from damage, stains, or odors
In original packaging when applicable

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return Shipping

Return Shipping on all orders within the United States is the customers responsibility. Shipping of original purchase is nonrefundable.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

International customers: we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped outside of the US at this time

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
